Final update.
Baby Roche is due anytime now, officially by New Years so we are just playing a waiting game now. I don't think I can stretch anymore and I just want to feel normal again. The first thing my Dr. said to me this week was "are you sick of being pregnant yet?" Ah, YES! The last couple of weeks are the worst. Next blog should be about his arrival....stay tuned!

Finally power.....
Well it is Friday the 19th December and we finally got power back at our house. We spent Friday/Saturday night at the hotel and then moved in with Jamie's aunt and uncle in Andover Massachusetts. They were wonderful to put us up and look after us especially me, a 9 month pregnant woman about to pop and a bored toddler who was out of his routine. Aidan was such a trooper though, he is such a happy little guy and he kept me going during a horrible week. We are very thankful that baby Roche didn't put in an appearance this week, that was my worst nightmare that I wouldn't be able to take my newborn home to our house. Thanks again to everyone for their concern and offers of help, it is nice to know so many people care and we won't forget everyone's kindness. Another storm has already started and we are supposed to get up to a foot of snow and more again on Sunday, lets hope the power holds up this time. Who knows, maybe there will be an interesting birth story anyway if we can't get to the hospital this weekend if we need to....lets hope not! Merry Christmas everyone and I will hopefully post a more pleasant entry soon....

Ice Storm
I thought I would update the blog in case anyone was wondering where we were. We are one of the 300,000 or so homes without power in New Hampshire due to the Ice storm. We stayed in the house Thursday night but it was so cold by Friday morning we left for the day and then checked into the holiday inn express in North Andover MA. We were lucky to get the 2nd last room as all the hotels are booked out. I was about to start looking for a manger with only 2 weeks to go until baby Roche! Lets hope I don't go early. I haven't checked my phone as it is dead and I only just picked up the charger and will check it tonight. We hope this doesn't last much longer, a toddler without toys in a hotel room can' go on forever. For the Australians reading this go to wmur.com or unionleader.com to read about it.....

Aidan's first Gymnastics class
We signed Aidan up for Gymnastics on Saturday mornings as a way for him to get some energy out over the winter and also so he has his own activity to go to with one of us after the baby arrives. He had a great time, he likes to run EVERYWHERE and is very active so we really need daddy to be there to run after him right now. I only have 7 weeks to go so I am slowing up a bit.
