Halloween 2010

I took about 20 photo's of the boys dressed up in their costumes and got one decent one! They wouldn't stop moving and one would look and the other would look away and so on..... Aidan was Buzz Lightyear and Jack was a Cowboy. He was supposed to be Woody but they didn't make that costume for toddlers and he wouldn't wear it for more than a couple of minutes anyway so we just went with the cowboy. They had fun visiting the neighbours and we slipped them the candy they could eat to give back to the boys. That works for now but there are different ways we can do it as they get older. Jack started off the night terrified as our neighbour's son came to our door with a scary mask and burst into tears, Aidan did ok until some other neighbours had some scary props and he wasn't quite sure but he really just likes to visit people and chat with them as only Aidan can. He is still the most social kid I have ever seen and wants to make friends with any other kid he sees! He saw some big kids playing on our street the other day and was knocking on the window calling out for them to come and play with him. He didn't know these kids, but that doesn't matter nor the fact that they were about 10, he doesn't care. So any social event is a highlight for Aidan, Jack not so much. He is still quite timid and shy and very lucky to have an outgoing big brother to pathe the way for him :)
